Games Manager Module

The Games Manager module keeps your club's schedule, teams, and results in one place so players and fans always know what's coming up and what already happened, instead of chasing updates across group chats or spreadsheets. Add upcoming games with date, time, and location, record the score once a match is over, and the app automatically scrolls to whatever game is next.

  • Game scheduling — Add upcoming matches with date, time, and location.
  • Teams — Manage teams for team sports (home / away / neutral).
  • Scores & results — Record match outcomes and final scores.
  • Calendar view — See upcoming and past games in a calendar.
  • Auto-scroll — The interface automatically scrolls to the next upcoming game.
  • History — Full archive of past results.

Game votes

Ask parents and players a yes / no / maybe question, for example who comes to the next game. Votes are in the Votes tab of the Games Manager.

  1. Open the Votes tab and create a vote. Pick an upcoming game and the title, date and place fill in for you.
  2. Choose who can answer: parents who log in, anyone who types a name, or both.
  3. Send the short link by WhatsApp or email.

A logged-in parent answers for each child with one tap and can change the answer later. Without login, people write their name and tap Yes, No or Maybe. You see the totals, who answered and which players have not answered yet. You can close a vote, open it again, or delete it.

Tip: Set your sport type and team colors in the module settings to match your club branding.
